Heather Hough
Founder, CEO
A transformative leader with over two decades of experience crafting game-changing strategies for Fortune 500 companies, nimble startups and B2B enterprises across various industries.
Her secret sauce? A blend of data-driven insights and tech-savvy finesse that transforms brands, brings enviable customer experiences to life, boosts leads, and drives serious growth.
Her journey includes leadership positions at HanesBrands, Inc., where she helped lead digital transformation and brand innovation for iconic names like Hanes and Maidenform. Most recently she served as Chief Marketing Officer at a leading business and financial services firm. But that's not all—Heather's also donned hats in leadership positions from live entertainment, publishing, agencies, and consulting alike.
Heather is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and has also completed a Harvard Business School Executive Education program.
Victoria Hammond
Founder, COO
Victoria hates writing bios but she does love analyzing data and thinking through customer centric solutions to marketing and sales challenges.
She started her career as customer-first + data-driven marketer. Beginning within research and development, insights first came directly from the customer's mouth and experience. As shopping options and customer experience transitioned to a blend of online and offline, she was able to be on the forefront of digital technologies and their power.
That curiosity has stayed with her as she has built and led marketing departments as fractional leadership for start-ups and small business to being brought in-house for large publicly traded organizations. Her belief that whoever understands the customer best wins has led to successful business outcomes wherever she goes.
She currently serves on the boards for Clemson MBA Alumni Council, Warehouse Theatre and Children's Theatre of South Carolina.
